Ramachandra elected head

Veteran sports administrator Yasa Ramachandra has been elected President of the Asian Throwball Federation (ATF).

Ramachandra was unanimously elected head of the ATF which comprises representatives of the ten Asian countries.

A former President of the Sri Lanka Throwball Federation (SLTB),SHE functions as the Deputy President of the Federation.

A former national level netball player and national netball coach, ram a chandra isa past President of the Netball Federation of Sri Lanka. Meanwhile, five leading throwball referees in Sri Lanka Anula Perera ,padma Karunaratne, soma Il lang akoon ,t amara Illesinghe and Sw ar na Malkanthi have been promoted as international throwball referees by the Asian Frderation.
