“A binary view. Yes & No. Can and Can’t. Will and Won’t. Do and Don’t. We use these words too often. Between these two opposites is a rainbow of possibilities and I think exploring those options in between will lead us to new solutions on a number of issues to empower the next generation of leaders. Let us find gender balance at home, at work and as a country by exploring all the options between the yes and no we use too often. Let’s replace them with phrases like “let me try”, “is there a better way?” and “let me help”. Too often great ideas are buried under because we failed to tweak it a little to make it workable for all. Let’s work together for a better tomorrow for everyone!”
