Sameera Reddy latest celeb to test Covid positive

As Bollywood celebs continue to grapple with the surge in COVID-19 cases, actor Sameera Reddy is the latest one to test positive for the deadly virus. Confirming the same, she took to her social media handle and confirmed, “I tested covid positive yesterday”.

She further assured fans that her motherin-law has fortunately tested negative of novel coronavirus and added:

“We are safe and taking necessary precautions. Sassy Sassu by the grace of God has been living separately and is safe. We will be in home quarantine and will continue to be our positive upbeat selves. I know I have you lovely peeps to put a smile on my face. This is the time to be strong with positive affirmations. We are all in this together. Stay safe.”

Earlier on Saturday, Arjun Rampal tested positive for COVID-19. The actor took to his Instagram handle and urged everyone who has come in contact with him in the past 10 days to take necessary precautions. He wrote, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Even though I am asymptomatic, I have isolated myself and home quarantined, getting the needed medical care.

He also added, “I am following all the protocols as is required of me. To all those who have been in contact with me in the past 10 days, please take care and take the necessary precautions. This is a very scary time for us but if we are aware and wise for a short span of time, it will yield long term benefits. Together we can and we will fight corona”.
