CDB recognises workforce at Virtual Infinity Awards 2019/20

Top-performing team members from Citizens Developmen­t Business Finance PLC (CDB) were recognised at the Annual CDB Infinity Awards.

Over 1,700 team members from 71 CDB branches participat­ed in a one-of-a-kind virtual ceremony, which was live-streamed from the CDB head office in Orabipasha Mawatha, Colombo.

The CDB Infinity Awards honours team members who have demonstrat­ed leadership traits and delivered outstandin­g performanc­es. More than 140 team members were recognised for their hard work in the previous financial year, while the continuous, longstandi­ng service of 100 team members were also recognised in commemorat­ion of the recently celebrated 25th anniversar­y of CDB. The Chairman’s Challenge Trophy, Board of Directors’ Challenge Trophy and CDB 100Mn RRT Super Gold Award were presented at the ceremony with this year’s Super Gold Award recipient victorious­ly driving away in a brand-new Honda Civic Car.
