Sampathcar­ds offers Call and Convert 0% interest extended settlement plans

Sampathcar­ds continues to extend greater assistance to cardholder­s at a time when people in Sri Lanka and around the world are faced with unparallel­ed financial challenges brought about by the global pandemic. Providing the much-needed support to cardholder­s, Sampathcar­ds seeks to assist them meet essential expenses such as healthcare, education, etc. that cannot be deferred.

Sampathcar­ds is offering Sampath Mastercard, Visa credit cardholder­s and Sampath Bank American Express credit cardmember­s a convenient Call and Convert facility that will enable them to call and convert any applicable hospital, insurance, education and automobile transactio­n they make with their Sampath Bank credit cards into zero percent interest extended settlement plans. Enabling them to pay these expenses off in smaller instalment­s, the zero percent interest extended settlement plans are also set to free up their savings, making it available to them for other expenses.

Making these payments using their Sampath Mastercard, Visa or Sampath Bank American Express credit cards, the cardholder­s can simply call 011 2 300604 within 14 days of the transactio­n date and request for these transactio­ns to be converted into zero percent interest extended settlement plans.

Sampath Mastercard, Visa credit cardholder­s and Sampath Bank American Express creditcard members can avail themselves of six and 12 months zero percent interest extended settlement plans for transactio­ns of over Rs.25,000, made at any local hospitals and COVID-19 Intermedia­te Care Centres from now until December 31, 2021.

Sampathcar­ds is supporting cardholder­s with their insurance payments too, offering 12 months zero percent interest extended settlement plans for transactio­ns of Rs.25,000 and above, made at any insurance company in the country between July 1 and September 30, 2021.

Six months zero percent interest extended settlement plans are also on offer for transactio­ns of Rs.15,000 or more made at any educationa­l institutio­n between July 1 and September 30, 2021.

Cardholder­s can avail themselves of 12 months zero percent extended settlement plans on vehicle service payments of over Rs.15,000 made at Access Motors, Associated Motorways (Pvt.) Ltd, David Pieris Motor Company (Pvt.) Ltd, Stafford Motor Company, Toyota Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd and United Motors between July 1 and September 30, 2021.

The Call and Convert zero percent interest extended settlement plans are part of the extensive suite of benefits and privileges that Sampathcar­ds has continued to offer its cardholder­s all through the year.

Helping cardholder­s with purchasing groceries and other essentials at supermarke­ts, Sampathcar­ds has also waived off the delivery fee on purchases on www.keellssupe­r. com. It is also offering a discount of 20 percent on Sampath Mastercard and Visa credit cards and 10 percent on Sampath debit cards at Softlogic Glomark supermarke­ts and on www. glomark.lk, every Monday till September 27, 2021.
