DPMC introduces Atlas tyres to Sri Lankan market
David Pieris Motor Company (Pvt.) Limited (DPMC) ventured into the four-wheeler tyre segment recently, with the introduction of America’s iconic Atlas brand passenger car radials (Pcr)/truck and bus radials (TBR).
As an enduring American brand, Atlas has been riding on USA roads since 1935 and is synonymous with quality, endurance and dependability. It is also a renowned and respected name throughout South East Asia. The Atlas tyres marketed in Sri Lanka are manufactured in Thailand by one of the largest tyre manufacturers in the world and has passed all US DOT, European ECE and CCC Certification.
Atlas offers ultramodern patterns and are designed, owned and audited by former tier-one tyre engineers using its own compound formula to provide longer tread life with a balanced footprint for even wear. Atlas will be available through DPMC Spare Parts Outlets, dealers and tyre retailers islandwide.
