You have gone through unprecedented challenges during a very difficult time horizon; yet were able to reach your goals which we need to celebrate. Even though prevailing circumstances do not allow us to physically meet up for the celebrations our thoughts and wishes are stronger than ever!

I am so proud of you, World Prize Winners, who brought immense credit to

Sri Lanka showcasing your ability to stay at the top even at difficult times. All of you are part of our ACCA truly global family today together with around 233,000 members and 536,000 future members scattered across

178 countries. With your achievements, you are moving ahead with forward-thinking professional family gaining further financial and business skills essential for the creation of sustainable economies and flourishing societies. We as ACCA professionals need to communicate and interact with various diverse communities creating conducive environment to keep modern, differentiated society together.

Since we think ahead, you not only should be in touch with prevailing technology and analytics but need to constantly be in control of emerging digital tools in order to deliver value in the rapidly changing Digital Age. As ethical, honest and accountable ACCA professionals you need to be geared up to encourage community as a whole also to act in public interest keeping their eyes on the long-term values.
