LUNCH AT YUMI

I had lunch with Onitha at Yumi the other day, the food here is really good and Japanese food sits lightly on the stomach. All staff at the Taj are friendly, helpful and efficient and YUMI was no exception to this. Together with the Galle Face, the Taj has one of the most beautiful sites in Colombo, overlooking Galle Face and its old building is one of the jewels in Colombo's Architectural crown, steeped in history, heritage and comfort. I heard about ‘The Happy Hour' they have between 6 and 7 pm every evening with a one to one offer on all kinds of beverages. It was enjoyable being out, chatting and relaxing away from the all the problems we face at the moment.
