Luminex IPO postponed again

Engineering firm Luminex Limited has postponed its Rs.250 million Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the second time to May 19.

“The postponement comes in the light of the current unrest in the country and at the consultation with the CSE,” Luminex said in a statement.

The IPO was scheduled to open originally on April 26. It was postponed to May 12 due to unprecedented circumstances in the socio-economic situation in the country and the closure of the CSE for a week. Luminex Limited plans to issue 31.25 million new ordinary voting shares at an offer price of Rs.8 per share to be listed on CSE’S Diri Savi Board.
