Champika puts forward conditions to support govt.

Head of the 43rd Brigade Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) MP Patali Champika Ranawaka who had taken a different stance on the government has put forward conditions for Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesi­nghe before he decides on extending any support to the government.

In a letter addressed to Prime Minister Wickremesi­nghe, Mr. Ranawaka while congratula­ting the former put forward his six conditions.

He had requested Mr. Wickremesi­nghe to inform the nation the programme he intends to pursue in getting emergency relief to ensure availabili­ty of essential goods, come up openly with the Prime Minister’s views on ensuring economic stability, to establish a process where the Galle
