POTATO OMELETTE

Ingredient­s

• 2 cups grated potato

• 1 cup gram flour

• ½ cup rice flour

• 1/4 cup semolina

• 1 cup curd

• 1/3 cup chopped coriander leaves

• 2 chopped green chillies

• salt

• 1 tsp chillie powder

• 1/2 tsp cummin powder

• 2 large onions grated

• oil for frying.

Method

Mix gram flour, rice flour and all spices well. Make a batter adding curd and water, Add onion, potato coriander leaves mix, cover and leave for 10 mins. Heat a flat pan put ladlefuls of mixture separately, fry on both sides and serve.
