Mahanama fight back to topple St. Anthony’s

-

Mahanama College Colombo fought back after conceding a first innings lead to St. Anthony’s Katugastota to turn tables and pull off a thrilling outright win by five wickets in the quarter final encounter of the Under 19 inter-schools Division One Tier ‘A’ two day cricket tournament concluded at Mt Lavinia yesterday.

Mahanama in reply to St. Anthony’s score of 205 resuming from their overnight score of 110 for 7 was bowled out for 194 runs.
