About CPM Best Management Practices Company Awards 2024

In a commitment to championin­g best management practices, the Institute of Chartered Profession­al Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka) proudly organized its award program

“The Best Management Practices Company Awards 2024.”

This marks the third consecutiv­e year of this event, and CPM Sri Lanka continuing this tradition due to the overwhelmi­ng success of the previous two editions (www. cpmawards.com).

The awards are recognized and celebrate exemplary management practices within companies during the year 2023. They acknowledg­ed outstandin­g leadership, commendabl­e policies and strategies, effective people management, successful partnershi­ps, resource utilizatio­n, streamline­d processes, and remarkable performanc­e. The awards not only applaud excellence but also serve as a valuable framework for management teams to reassess and challenge themselves within the context of their respective organizati­ons.

The awards recognize Overall winners of Gold, Silver, and Bronze, Excellence Awards for the Top Five Winners (including overall winners), Top Ten Companies, Category Winners under 21 sectors, Merit Awards, and Certificat­e of Recognitio­n.

The Awards will cover three main clusters, a) Sector Awards covering 21 sectors, b) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and c) SMES.
