A: Picking up the wrong order at McDonald’s while on the phone and not hearing the staff calling out to me – I felt like I was robbing the place

A: Preventing human traffickin­g and minimising the exploitati­on of youth

Q: If you could meet your 16-yearold self, what would you tell her? A: Believe in yourself – rocky roads always lead to beautiful destinatio­ns and the best is yet to come

A: Trust, transparen­cy and of course, friendship
