Zonta calls for applications

The Zonta International Foundation through the Zonta Club 11 of Colombo is calling for applications from women pursuing degrees in business for the Zonta International Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarship award.

The scholarship is open to women enrolled in at least the second year of an undergraduate or similar programme through the final year of a master's programme in business,leading to a business management career.

The programme is designed to encourage women to enter careers and to seek leadership positions in business related fields in their communities and throughout the world.

Zonta International offers scholarships of US$ 1,000 each at the district level and 12 international scholarships of US$ 5,000 each. The scholarship may be used at any University,college or Institute offering accredited courses and degrees.
