ACBT’s Kandy branch provides a gateway for quality Australian education
ACBT has been an embodiment of quality higher Australian education in Sri Lanka ,where this is highlighted by the high performance of its graduates. With the aim of providing opportunities for students living in Kandy , students can now start their studies in Kandy where the rest of the degree can be completed at the Colombo campus of ACBT or they could complete their studies in a foreign destination. ACBT offers several possible streams of study within the business and IT fields. Students can also complete part of their degree at ACBT and transfer to many Australian and UK Universities.
ACBT working in association with Edith Cowan University(ecu) , which is listed in the Commonwealth Universities yearbook and the International Handbook of Universities. The content and structure of the degrees at ACBT are being formulated in association with ECU with the students being awarded full, globally recognized ECU degrees.
Students can start the ACBT degree immediately after com- pleting their Ordinary Level examinations by doing the University Foundation Level (UFL). Recognized as an equivalent to the A/L, the UFL can be completed in 8-12 months compared to the two years or more consumed by the A/ L. This allows students to effectively fast-track their education and thereby, their future.
Students who have completed their A/L'S can now enter into the undergraduate programs at ACBT . This fast- track option will enable students to enter the workforce faster.
