Help University provides education options in faculties such as Faculty of Behavioral Sciences, Faculty of Applied Sciences and Multimedia, Faculty of Business, Economics & Accounting, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Law and Government, Faculty of University Foundation Studies, HELP Graduate School and Institute of Crime and Criminology.
The Help University Psychology Department trains and equips the next generation of psychology g raduates in this re gion through the Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. At the Undergraduate level, the Department of Psychology offers the Bachelor of Psychology (Honors) program and it also offers Psychology sub- jects through the American Degree Program. At the postgraduate level, the Department of Psychology offers the Master of Managerial Psychology, Masters in Counseling and the Master of Clinical Psychology.
The Department of Information Technology was formed in 1998. Students in the IT Programs are able to transfer to renowned universities such as University of Melbour ne, University of Queensland, Deakin University, and Curtin University of Technology in Australia, the University of Birmingham and the University of Greenwich in the UK. HELP’S IT Programs are also accepted by more than 80 universities in the US.
HELP University College boosted its IT facilities by setting up 10 computer labs, 8 incubator labs, and the Lexis- Nexis online database with more than 500 multimedia computers. In line with the latest technology and skills requirement, HELP University had recently added an Apple Power Mac G4 Multimedia Laboratory to support the Multimedia Studies Program. HELP University’s IT facilities have been recognized by the Multimedia Development Corporation as consistently exceeding industry standards, marking HELP University as the leading IT training centre in Malaysia.

Since its establishment in 1986, HELP has awarded many scholarships to encourage academically inclined Malaysian and international students who display leadership qualities to pursue tertiary education at the University. Many of these recipients have completed their courses and have embarked successfully on their careers.
