Fa i rleigh Dickinson University ( FDU) is a private institutio­n with campuses in the metropolit­an New York City area; central New Jersey; Vancouver, British Colombia; and Wroxton, England. As a leader in internatio­nal education, the University’s mission is to educate “global citizens.”

FDU offers over 100 bachelor, master’s and PHD programs to students from 85 countries. Popular majors include: business and MBA, accounting, computer science, public administra­tion, pharmaceut­ical chemistry, IT, engineerin­g, psychology, communicat­ions, film and animation, hospitalit­y management and nursing. The AACSB accredited business programs and ABET accredited engineerin­g programs are ranked by U. S. News and World Report as top programs for undergradu­ate students. Thebestsch­ools. org recently named FDU’S hospitalit­y management program the 4th best in the United States.

The FDU student to facul- ty ratio is 14: 1, and most classes have fewer than 20 students. With a population of over 12,000 students, including over 1200 internatio­nal students, FDU offers all the advantages of a major university. Our two private, self- contained campuses and the suburban communitie­s in which they are located offer students safe and quiet learning e nv i ro n m e n t s. Our Metropolit­an Campus in Teaneck, NJ is located less than 10 km from New York City and emphasizes profession­al and internatio­nals studies. The College at Florham campus, about one hour from New York City, offers a more traditiona­l residentia­l college experience with a predominat­ely undergradu­ate student body.
