Newest Piaggio three-wheeler showroom opens at Moneragala
With its ability to run a maximum number of kilometers (38 km/liter) on a liter of diesel, coupled with its capacity for passenger transport or to be used for commercial purposes, according to the specifications and requirements of customers, the people of Moneragala have now got the opportunity of inspecting and purchasing Piaggio three-wheelers within the area they reside in.
The latest Piaggio showroom was opened recently at No. 480, Hulandawa junction, Moneragala.
Manufactured under state-ofthe-art Italian technology, Piaggio three-wheelers are imported and marketed in Sri Lanka by Associated Motorways (Pvt) Limited (AMW), a leading company which has wide experience in the automobile business for more than 50 years.
At the modern, newly opened Moneragala showroom, customers have the option of purchasing Piaggio three-wheelers either on a cash basis or under a leasing facility.
AMW has already opened Piaggio showrooms in the key towns of Kurunegala, Ratnapura, Avissawella, Kandy, Anuradhapura, Badulla, Ampara, Nuwara Eliya, Matara, Negombo, Batticaloa, Dambulla, Gampaha and Tissamaharama.
With the continuing spiral in demand for Piaggio three-wheelers, AMW is now in the process of adding new fully-fledged, modern showrooms to its island-wide network.
AMW has strengthened its network of authorized Piaggio service and spares agents who provide the vital after-sales service and accessories to customers. At present, there is an islandwide network of more than 200 authorized aftersales service agents and 150 authorized spare parts agents.
The newest Moneragala showroom was ceremonially opened under the patronage of Mr. Amitha Gamage, Sales Manager (Piaggio), AMW. Mr. Harsha Rodrigo, Manager - Network Development and Marketing (Piaggio), Mr. Nalin Abeysinghe, Assistant Area Manager, Janaka Eranda, Kasun Fernando and a large number of special invitees, customers and well wishers also attended the opening ceremony.
