JKCS partners with Redpill Linpro, Norway

JKCS, the software subsidiary of John Keells Holdings, will be commencing operations for a dedicated offshore development centre (ODC) subsequent to its sign up recently with Redpill Linpro, a leading provider of professional open source services and products in the Nordic region.

Redpill Linpro is the leading provider of Professional Open Source services and products in the Nordic region focused on delivering products and services based on Open Source software, JKCS said in a media release. The Norwegian company has a presence in Scandinavian countries and operates offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Karlstad, Gothenburg and Stavanger, and was searching for a partner in Asia to operate an ODC as an extension to their teams based in the Nordic region.

With this objective the senior management team from Redpill Linpro visited Sri Lanka to evaluate JKCS' capabilities based on their requirements, and signed up with JKCS for their services.
