Hsenid and LAHES together to offer an exclusive HRIS qualificat­ion in Sri Lanka

hSenid Business Solutions joined with LAHES, the Education arm of LAUGFS Holdings to offer an exclusive qualificat­ion which specialise­s in Human Resource Management through Human Resource Informatio­n Systems ( HRIS). ‘ hSenid - LAHES Profession­al Qualificat­ion’ was initiated as a joint effort between the companies with the objective of bringing such a qualificat­ion to all Sri Lankans who are interested in HRM and HRIS systems.

It is the first time in Sri Lanka that such a qualificat­ion is offered and the curriculum combines theory with practical applicatio­ns. The course is specifical­ly catered to school leavers, university students, and HR profession­als as well as to anyone who aspires to succeed in a HR related career. The qualificat­ion consists of two levels/ stages which comprises of a Certificat­e level ( 7 we e k s ) and a Diploma level ( 15 weeks). The modules offered under this qualificat­ion cover a wide range of the latest modules and include Employee Life Cycle, Performanc­e Management, Training & Developmen­t, Benefits Management, Payroll Management, Time & Attendance and Employee Informatio­n Management.

Similar to other ERP related qualificat­ions and trainings ‘hSenid - LAHES Profession­al Qualificat­ion’ is geared to develop a competitiv­e advantage amongst the participan­ts who are focusing on HRIS systems. The content is designed to equip the participan­ts with relevant subject and workplace competenci­es that will accelerate one’s career. With classroom learning and hands-on training on the HRIS taking place concurrent­ly, participan­ts are able to connect the learning and practising in real time.
