Central Finance creating a Customer Centric approach

-

Central Finance Company PLC is the highest rated finance company in Sri Lanka with over 54 years in the industry. Speaking with the Senior Assistant General Manager, Aruna Rajanayake stated; "There are few key factors at which a potential investor/depositor must exploreinprior before making a deposit with a finance company so that they don't lose their hard earned savings. Firstly, you must ensure that the company must be registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Secondly, verify if the finance company had obtained a Rating from a reputed rating agency, as required by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Thirdly, see the profitability of the Company, net assets, Growth etc.

Elaborating further, as to the reasons behind such positive ratings, Mr. Rajanayake added; "The past financial year has been a extremely fruitful year for CF where after tax profits stood overRs. 2.3 Billion compared to the Rs. 1.6 Billion in 2011. The net asset per share stands at Rs. 110/- with earnings per share standing at Rs. 25.52 per share. Apart from the above key factors I mentioned that an investor must clarify before making a deposit, they should also look at the figures of the company in addition to the stability and the financial strength of the finance company plus the interest rates offered. In contrary to the normal belief, where high return involves high risk, depositors at Central Finance can enjoy the best returns as well as the best security. We at Central Finance Company PLC have a higher rating than some of the commercial banks in Sri Lanka"

Central Finance Company PLC has a deposit base over Rs. 21.5 Billion as at 31st March 2012, and has a wide range of deposits & savings products catering to a wide spectrum ranging from infants to senior citizens where the depositor can choose and tailor make the package according to their requirements.
