NDB wins Silver for best HR practices in Sri Lanka

- The HR Team of NDB with Mr. Indrajit Wickrmasin­ghe, Chief Operating Officer of NDB and Mrs. Ishani Navaratneb­andara, Vice President and Head of HR of NDB.

NDB was presented the HR Masters Silver Award at the HRM Awards 2012 conducted by the Associatio­n of Human Resource Profession­als (HRP) in Sri Lanka.

HRM Awards is the flagship event of the HRP Associatio­n, which accolades the nation’s best HR practices while assessing, recognisin­g and felicitati­ng the best HRM systems and processes in Sri Lankan organizati­ons.

The award acknowledg­es NDB’s long term commitment towards the developmen­t of its Human Resource and has placed the bank in a prime position amidst multinatio­nals as well as local blue chips that were among the other recipients of the Silver Award.

Commenting on this achievemen­t, Chief Operating Officer at NDB, Mr. Indrajit
