Efutures re-launches the Colombo Stock Exchange Website

EFutures as one of the leading software solution providers in the industry recently relaunched a brand new multilingu­al website for Colombo Stock Exchange ( CSE) which includes several state- of- the- art features and upgraded hardware capacities, to enhance the quality and timeliness of market informatio­n that is provided on the website.

The new website will function as the primary communicat­ion channel for the Colombo Stock Exchange and is designed to host several types of dynamic informatio­n. This website acts as the main informatio­n portal of the capi- tal market in Sri Lanka and the mechanism for the broadcasti­ng of stock market informatio­n in a timely and accurate manner. The website contains a host of features such as a live market ticker, real- time graphs, turnover, volume and index levels. Additional informatio­n such as the top 5 gainers and losers displayed in real- time. The live market ticker is streamed as trade- ins happen, flashing informatio­n such as the company name, cumulative quantity traded for the day, share prices and price movements. Realtime graphs log the movement of both the All Share Price Index ( ASPI) and Milanka Price Index ( MPI). In addition, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly comparison graphs are also available for the two indices. Another new service featured on the website is the " Portfolio Tracker", which enables subscriber­s to select a portfolio of their own and track the movement of these companies online.

The new website uses advanced technology to ensure uninterrup­ted access to users and the user- friendly design provides users access to historical databases, interactiv­e charting options and tutorials and other educative tools.
