The final two phases of ICONIC 110 Parliament Road is about to begin with progress of the project going well ahead of schedule. The landmark luxury apartment project, bordering Colombo 8, has now reached the 16th slab with internal work such as plumbing, plastering, tiling and electrical work in lower floors in progress. The construction work is ahead of the original schedule, in itself a rare achievement.

Rohan Parikh, Director of the Apurva Natvar Parikh Group (ANPG) said " The project is progressing well overall and as at now over half the apartments have been sold and construction is well ahead of schedule. We are confident the apartments will be ready for occupation well before the promised date of June 2014." 110 Parliament Road, located on the border of the city of Colombo, will be a landmark apartment tower with quiet neighborhood surroundings and views of the Colombo Golf Course and the National Bird Sanctuary. Rajagiriya has developed into an elite area sought by many in the last couple of years. The area can claim to be self sufficient with its own schools, hospitals, parks and playgrounds, shops, restaurants, and markets.

The apartments range from two to three bed room units, duplexes with private gardens and penthouse apartments , making it one of the most unique living experiences in Colombo. The statuesque towers offer exceptional apartment layouts with multiple corner views. Apartments range from 1200sqft to 2930sqft and lot of thought has gone into natural lighting and ventilation inside the apartments.

ANPG Group has employed Sanken Construction (Pvt) Ltd - a leading contractor for high-rise projects in Sri Lanka. Sanken is recognized for its integrity and total reliability in the competitive construction industry.
