Make a donation via ez Cash & help save lives

Dialog subscribers can now make charitable donations in aid of the Colours of Courage Trust (COCT) which is raising funds in aid of the construction of a Radiotherapy Unit and the development of a High Dependency Paediatric Unit in Jaffna, using Dialog's innovative mobile money platform, eZ Cash.

The Trail Project initiated by the Colours of Courage Trust, a non-profit organization that has, since its inception in 2008, dedicated its efforts to developing infrastructure to support greater access to and quality of cancer treatment in Sri Lanka, according to a Dialog media release.

In 2011 the COCT embarked on a 27 day journey from Dondra Head, the southernmost point of Sri Lanka to Point Pedro the northernmost point of the island saw over 30,000 Sri Lankan's joining hands to give hope to those afflicted by cancer. Since its inceptions Trail has raised over 1.6 million US Dollars for the cause.

Eminent personalities hailing from the government, sporting arena, corporate sector and the film industry have endorsed Trail as a project. High profile names include MahelaJayawardene, Angelo Mathews, Dian Gomes and Otara Gunawardene.

eZ Cash from Dialog has now come forward to support this worthy cause using state-of-the-art technology and an innovative way to donate. Dialog subscribers can now contribute towards this cause by dialling #111#, Selecting Institute Payment, Entering COCT, Entering Membership No. or the account number (1234), Entering the Donation Amount and pressing Send.
