Janashakth­i Full Option Motor Clinic - Mega Success

Janashakth­i Insurance recently hosted its second 'Motor Clinic' at the scenic city of Kandy, where vehicle owners were delighted to get a complete health check of their car, van or jeep for no cost at all. In ensuring the safety of their customer and the public, visitors at the Janashakth­i 'Motor Clinic' were given the opportunit­y to identify problems with their vehicles, figure out solutions and receive advice on the appropriat­e vehicle care; this is another customer care initiative by Janashakth­i.

Commenting on the latest customer welfare initiative, Ravi Balraj, Head of Marketing of Janashakth­i Insurance said, "The 'Motor Clinic' is yet another industry first introduced by Janashakth­i which showcases the company's commitment to providing not only the best quality insurance, but a host of value added services as well. Fundamenta­l maintenanc­e and regular check-ups can prevent many costly repairs and save vehicle owners a lot of money. As a responsibl­e insurance provider, we at Janashakth­i feel it is our duty to educate our customers and the general public about the proper care of their vehicles."

Supported by technician­s and mechanics from the Sri Lanka Automobile Institute of Research and Training and Exide, the 'Motor Clinic' is a unique initiative started by Janashakth­i to empower all drivers. In Kandy, the Janashakth­i 'Motor Clinic' tested over 375 vehicles within a period of 2 days. The services provided at the event included testing of Engine and Transmissi­on Control Systems and Air Condition and Climate Control Systems to ensure maximum functional­ity, and examinatio­n of all Body and Chassis Electronic­s, Tires and Suspension Systems and Battery Check-ups for assurance of safety. Additional­ly, the technician­s also inspected the Paint and Body condition of each vehicle, and then went on to educate owners on comprehens­ive vehicle care and regular maintenanc­e.
