Annual Science Exhibiton of OKI International School, Wattala

Annual Science Exhibition of Grade 6 and above students of OKI International school, Wattala was held at the School premises itself on February 28, for the students of school network and 1st of March, 2013 for the parents and outsiders.

The honourble Chairperson of the school network, Mrs. Nir malie Saparamadu was the Chief Guest for the Science exhibition and the Senior Members of Zoology, Physics & Chemistry departments of Science Faculty of Kelaniya University and the Board of Directors of OKI School Network were the distinguished guests participated at the inaugural ceremony of this event.

There were 126 creative group and individual exhibits of the senior students exhibited and some of them were proved the extra ordinary talents of the students and they were admired by all the guests and the parents. Not only the creativity but the explanation of the exhibits also by the stu- dents was excellent.

The Senior members of the Science faculty of Kelaniya University were the Judges to select the most creative group and individual exhibits of the students and they commented that such students to be encouraged by their teachers to develop those items further to introduce modern scientific equipments to the nation in future.
