CCC SC beat Trinity Grammar School

The CCC School of Cricket posted a convincing 122run win over the touring Trinity Grammar School, Melbourne in a limited over cricket fixture at the Colts ground recently.

Batting first, the home side, with a hard hitting 81 runs by Thanuka Dabare, amassed a match-winning score of 242 for seven wickets in their quota of 40 overs.

The visitors in reply were shot out for 120 to concede a 122-run win. The tour has been sponsored by Tony Opatha the former Sri Lanka cricketer and Director of Aro Internatio­nal Travels Limited.
