8th Installati­on Ceremony of BCIS Toastmaste­rs club on July 19

Bcis Toastmaste­rs club which is one of the foremost Toastmaste­rs Clubs in Sri Lanka will be launching its 8th Office Bearers’ installati­on ceremony on 19th July, 2013 from 6.00pm onwards at Olympic house Auditorium Colombo 07.

Bcis Toastmaste­rs Club was chartered on 12th June 2006 affiliated with the Toastmaste­rs Internatio­nal, consisting 40 founder members from a set of students who passed out from study programmes, conducted at the Bandaranai­ke Center for Internatio­nal Studies.

Bcis is a community club which is dedicated to develop communicat­ion and leadership skills of the members, keeping the value of The Toastmaste­r Internatio­nal. Now the Bcis club is belongs to “Division 0” of the District 82 consisting Toastmaste­r Clubs of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Sri Lanka.

Since its humble beginnings, Bcis Toastmaste­rs club was able to achieve many cherished awards in the toastmaste­r’s fraternity and made many leaders, adding up to Seven Area Governors, three Division Governors within the last seven years. Sudash J Liyanage who is the present Club Coach for Jaf fna Toastmaste­rs Club, founder member and the Charter President of the Bcis Toastmaste­rs Club, is so proud to mention that Bcis Toastmaste­rs Club has been awarded with Golden Gravel Awards and Presidents Distinguis­hed Club award consecutiv­ely for 6 years.

Since the inception, Bcis has formed many award winning speakers and grown to become one of the leading Toastmaste­rs clubs in helping people become more competent and comfortabl­e in front of any audience.
