The programme has a combination (Total 12 subjects) of core subjects and electives in the areas of Marketing, Mana g e m e n t , Economics, Accounting, and offers specializations in the field of Finance, Marketing, Strategy and HR.

All lecturers teaching in the Sri Lanka Campus of University of Ballarat MBA programme are appointed and assessed by the Parent University in Australia. The students are encouraged to complete their courses in Sri Lanka, but those desirous of seeking transfers to the Australian Campus, enjoys the choice of privilege.
The students can transfer the 100% credits from the completed courses in Sri Lanka to the Australian campus as and when they feel they are ready to pursue their further education in Australia. However the Australian University fees will apply for studies in Australia.
CIMA, CIM and CA Sri Lanka graduates will be permitted as per the University procedures for up to four subject exemptions in the program.
