The programme has a combinatio­n (Total 12 subjects) of core subjects and electives in the areas of Marketing, Mana g e m e n t , Economics, Accounting, and offers specializa­tions in the field of Finance, Marketing, Strategy and HR.

The courses are chosen with relevance to the needs of modern day Managers and include subjects like Competitiv­e Analysis, Strategy and Change Management, Business Society & Planet etc. In essence, The University of Ballarat MBA Programme upgrades functional managers to become strategist­s capable of becoming leaders.

All lecturers teaching in the Sri Lanka Campus of University of Ballarat MBA programme are appointed and assessed by the Parent University in Australia. The lecturer panel comprise of eminent Academics and Industry Experts. Our dissertati­on supervisor­y panel consists of leading Academics and Industry Leaders with intensive research experience.

The students are encouraged to complete their courses in Sri Lanka, but those desirous of seeking transfers to the Australian Campus, enjoys the choice of privilege.

The students can transfer the 100% credits from the completed courses in Sri Lanka to the Australian campus as and when they feel they are ready to pursue their further education in Australia. However the Australian University fees will apply for studies in Australia.

CIMA, CIM and CA Sri Lanka graduates will be permitted as per the University procedures for up to four subject exemptions in the program.
