Durdans ready to create a Strategic Road Map for 2020
Durdans Healthcare Group (Durdans Hospital) is preparing its fourth strategic road map for development aimed at improving and enhancing the services ofd the organization.
Over the past seven decades, the last two have been most significant in its path, during which the importance of strategic business planning became evident to the organization, the hospital company said in a media statement.
"Today they have already gone through three such sessions, and are gearing themselves for the fourth. The last strategic road map was created on the guidance and facilitation of the world renowned business expert, Prof. Lester C Massingham," it said.
The organization has been able to set itself to be benchmarked with the best in the industry, worldwide in term of best practices. The business is governed by the highest level of ethics and integrity, conforming to the "Enterprise Governance Framework".
The forthcoming session will focus on the organization planning for its journey towards 2020, Durdans said.
The team responsible for delivering the plans is committed to achieve the vision of the organization to become the most sought-after private healthcare institute in South East Asia.

The Strategic Road Map for 2020 will also be guided by Prof. Massingham whose current responsibility as Group Managing Director of the Charles Massingham Consulting Group (CMC) involves directing the strategic management of CMC's international business, as well as supporting other organizations.
His vast experience involves acting as an International Consultant across 18 countries, for over 100 projects with companies such as DHL, Ford of Europe, American Express lnterntional, Motorolla, Parkway Group healthcare and in HongKong - 3M, Citibank, Coca-Cola, Standard Chartered Bank, to name a few.
