The Education Times, a supplementary of the Sunday Times launched its long-awaited website www.educationtimes.lk on October 4, 2013 at the Adhyapana 2013 Exhibition at BMICH.

The Sunday Times, a publication of Wijeya Newspapers Ltd and one of Sri Lanka’s most influential brands, has produced a print edition of the Education Times since 2007.

Education Times which started as a four-page supplement way back in 2007 has grown in leaps and bounds over the years, overcoming many obstacles and notching up numerous victories, to become a leading educational resource.

Today, it has several sections, sometimes exceeding 36 pages. Not only does it accord valuable advertising space for educational institutions everywhere in the country, it also contains interesting features such as ET Schools, ET Sports, ET Club and ET News.

This website has breaking news, application forms for ET Club as well as videos of events organized by schools, universities and other educational institutions. It is the culmination of much hard work by the Education Times team, the Digital Unit of Wijeya Newspapers Ltd and the Sunday Times editorial.
