GE to drive easier communicat­ion in SL

The market leader in providing mission-critical communicat­ion equipment for decades, General Engineers & Suppliers Co (GE) will power Sri Lanka with technologi­cally enabled devices that secure businesses and people alike to solve the communicat­ion challenges of today where the economy is demonstrat­ing a growth of seven percent plus, with the constructi­on industry on high gear and the service sector driving the economy along with the catapultin­g tourism sector.

Also present at the launch was Mr Rohantha Athukorale from the Ministry of Industry & Commerce Speaking at the launch of General Communicat­ions [a member of the GE Group ], CEO Roshan Motha said that GE has been the provider of communicat­ions systems and solutions to industries including maritime, aerospace, and commercial enterprise­s, defense and security markets for over three decades.
