Sri Lanka's innovative Insurance solutions providerHNB Assurance has established a new Customer Service Centre to facilitate the provision of Motor, General and Life Insurance solutions to its customers. The newCustomer Service Centre (CSC) is now located on DharmapalaMawatha, Colpetty, Colombo 03 with an appealing exterior outlook and a fully functional interiordécor to give our customers a superior service. The new CSC was ceremonially opened this week by Dr. Ranee Jayamaha, Chairperson of HNB Assurance PLC in the presence of a gathering of distinguished invitees.
This location was mainly chosen so that customers can easily come to the Customer Service Centre (CSC) and pay their premiums, inquire about products and obtain quotations for Insurance policies.Acceptance & Issuance of policies, issuance of loans and surrenders, making any type of policy alterations, approving repair estimates, conducting vehicle inspections & issuance of Claim Payments are some of the main activities that are undertaken at this facility. A dedicated and friendly team of Customer Service Representatives will be available to answer all Insurance queries of customers and members of the public with clear guidance and explanations.
This new CSC (Customer Service Centre) is situated at No. 51A, Dharmapala Mw, and Colombo 03.It is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 7.00 p.m. and on Saturday from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00p.monwards.Customers can pay their premium payments via cash, creditcards andchequesat this location.
