These facilities are provided by the following Banks and financial institution based on their term and conditions. Hatton National Bank HSBC Asia Asset Finance Plc Seylan bank. When considering the May 2014 intake, Wisdom has introduced major changes such as introducing Sugeeth Patabendige to share the subject Performance Management (PM) with Nuwan Gunarathna, who is also a veteran of the subject. Sugeeth Patabendige has created a reputation for producing exceptional pass rates for Performance operations and Financial Strategy. And Nuwan Gunarathna has lectured for PM for more than 6 years. He has also produced a world prize winner for the subject. The focus of this combination will be to create a synergy to increase the pass rate for this subject.

Wisdom has also improved its timetable by removing weekday evening lectures for the part time batches as that will facilitate the working students as well as those who travel to classes from a considerable distance.

New quality improvement measures have been introduced with the new Management Committee and an Academic Programmes Manager being recruited to further enhance the focused delivery of quality so that Wisdom will further improve the pass rates.

Wisdom believes that the reason for its success is the quality of delivery of its programmes by the World Class lecture panel. Most of the lecture panel members are responsible for conducting revision programmes overseas.

Further testament of quality is that three of its lecturers being recognised as CIMA global tutors of the year and Wisdom being able to secure 103 Sri Lankan prize winners and 9 world prize winners including the youngest World prize winner who is just 16 years of age.

Wisdom also offers a Top up degree with CIMA from the prestigious Robert Gordon University Aberdeen. This University is ranked as the Best Modern University, and a student has the opportunity to join the Final year of the degree programme once they complete the managerial level of CIMA. This can also be financed through the instalment scheme launched by Wisdom.

Wisdom has arranged many of the leading employers to come to Wisdom to recruit our students. We have already arranged for a number of employers to recruit more than 500 students during December 2013 and January 2014. In the past few months Wisdom was responsible for securing jobs in recongnised companies such as John Keells PLC, Ceylon Tobacco Company, AMW and many more reputed organisations.

Since a significant number of students will be taking part in the Leadership training programme conducted by The Ministry of Higher Education prior to entering universities, we at Wisdom has come up with a comprehensive plan so that the students who take part in it will not miss there lectures.
