Photo Technica wins two awards at the Sri Lankan Entrepreneur of the Year Awards 2013
Photo Technica was successful in winning the National Bronze Award in the Medium Category and the Provincial Bronze Award for Medium Category in the Western Province at the Sri Lankan Entrepreneur of the Year Awards-2013 organized by the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL).
The award presentation ceremony of the Sri Lankan Entrepreneur of the Year Awards -2013 competition was held recently. At that ceremony, Harsha Malvenna, the Managing Director of Photo Technica received the award on behalf of the company. This is the second consecutive year that Photo Technica won awards in the Sri Lankan Entrepreneur of the Year Awards organized by the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Sri Lanka (FCCISL). The progress of the company is clearly visible when they won the award in the provincial level last year and also it was a great achievement winning a national level award this year.
The entrepreneurs entering the Sri Lankan Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Competition is evaluated by a qualified independent panel of judges on several criteria such as their contribution to the national economy, employment generation, adapting to latest technology, modernization, multi faceting, broadening, financial stability, paying taxes methodically, management methodology, corporate social responsibility and planning the future of the business. The company has shown a tremendous contribution to the photographic industry, uplifting and displaying a record growth thus successful in winning these awards.

Kumarage, Deputy General Managers, Officers of Civil Security Department and the head office staff members.
