Unparalleled travel experiences with HSBC

-

HSBC continues to celebrate the New Year by offering its Visa Signature credit cardholders an unparalleled travel experience under the latest travel campaign launched until 28 February 2014.

HSBC Visa Signature cardholders can pursue their travel plans with exclusive travel offers coupled with Cardholder Dines Free and Stays Free deals as well as retail, supermarket and fuel deals to make their travel experience within Sri Lanka and overseas a lot more enjoyable. These offers come as a bundled package that enables cardholders to have their travel requirements taken care of by the bank. Thus, they can enjoy discounted airfares with many airline partners throughout the period, complimentary toll tickets along the Colombo - Katunayake airport expressway on departure and arrival (by way of a refund to their credit card when they purchase an air ticket using their HSBC Visa Signature card).

Additionally, they will be entitled to a 15% saving up to a maximum USD 140 on their shopping bill at the Duty Free along with access to the Lotus Lounge at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) when using the priority pass which they would otherwise need to pay over USD 20 to access under normal circumstances. Moreover, cardholders can pamper themselves at the Foot Rub at the BIA with a free reflexology exclusively for HSBC Visa Signature customers.

Nilantha Bastian, Head of Retail Banking & Wealth Management stated, "We take this opportunity to wish our loyal customers a very happy New Year and hope it will be a rewarding year for all. With the New Year bringing forth new beginnings and new aspirations, cardholders can enjoy these travel benefits at every touch point of their inbound/outbound travel experience. "

HSBC Visa Signature credit cardholders can look forward to the impend- ing holidays where they can make use of several lodging offers with discounts at Elephant Corridor, Uga Bay, Jungle Beach Hotel and Cardholder Stays Free at Amethyst Resort, Passikudha and Swiss Residence, Kandy, among others. To relieve the midweek stress, Signature cardholders get to sink their teeth into finger lickin' good Kentucky fried chicken every Wednesday with a 'buy one get one free' exclusive deal on an 8 piece Crispy Chicken Bucket at KFC, valid until 15 February 2014.

That's not all, a further 25% is offered on the entire shopping bill at Keells Supermarkets Crescat, Rajagiriya, Thalawathugoda, Kandy - KCC, Galle, Katubedda (K zone), Jaela (Kzone), Panadura, Thalahena and Kohuwela for a maximum bill value of rupees 50,000, when cardholders redeem above 2500 HSBC Rewards points during each mid weekend of the coming months (January 17-19, February 14-16 and March 14-16 2014).

HSBC Visa Signature Cardholders can also savour international cuisine with the signature Cardholder Dines Free made available at UBG, Jaic Hilton, Royal Thai at Cinnamon Lakeside and Jack Tree during lunch/dinner and Maharaja Palace, Colombo 07. In addition, diners can enjoy special offers at California Grill, Coffee Shop, Flavours and Sheherezade at Galadari Hotel, Latitude at Taj Samudra and several other restaurants during this period.
