The General Medicine MD programme offered by TSMU is a highly recognized degree that is essential for students pursuing a career in medicine. The duration of the programme is 6 years including 5 academic years and one year internship. Sri Lankan students who graduate from TSMU have the opportunity of working in Sri Lanka or any country in the world as a medical professional.
