The field of logistics and transport is a highly developing area of study for present day job seekers due to many reasons. One of the key features in this sector of education is that it relates to the functionalities of commodity business. As a new and rapidly growing activity in modern business environment, it involves the active role from the time of production of a ‘good’ to its consumption and use by an end-user. In other words, logistics and transportation involves the entire process through which every single product goes to the customer whether by way of domestic or international means of carriage and services. This logistics market has grown to even further where present day logistics providers not only engage themselves in mere transportation aspects but also performing value-addition through 3PL and 4PL means.

Why these jobs generate more income than others?

It is because producers alone can’t perform the activities of delivering their products to the final consumer, and the contribution of logistics experts have to be taken into use as a support service. While this sector expands in like manner, the demand for the obtaining of their services have grown rapidly with increasing salary packages. Nowadays, logistics professionals generate handsome income and commissions out of their jobs in this industry, and an average monthly income of such a professional may even rise up to a six figure salary (Rs. xxx,xxxx/-) based on their efficiency in handling up-todate services.
