Pranzo at Waters Edge goes authentic Italian

Pranzo, the flagship restaurant featuring authentic Italian cuisine; has launched a new menu, positioning itself as the most sought after Italian family restaurant in Colombo. General Manager Rohan Fernandopulle together with his esteemed culinary brigade headed by Executive Chef Buddhika Samarasekara and culinary experts Leonardo Ricci and Chef Simone Gobbo have introduced a variety of dishes inspired by the concept of “Family”.

One of the newest add-ons to the menu is “Cicchetti”. Originating from the sidewalks of Venice, this platter for two encompasses Chicken Meatballs in Tomato sauce, Zucchini Fritti, Calamari Fritti, Tomato and Garlic Bruschetta and Truffle butter with Anchovy Crostini.
