Nestled in Malambe, the newest property of LAHRC Management Services (Pvt) Ltd, The Regent was recently opened to the public and currently offers a pool, basketball court, children's play area, a banquet hall and 2 conference halls.

During the second stage of the construction stage, gym and spa facilities, a state-of-the-art laundry, club house, a badminton court and squash court will be added during the second and third stages.

The Regent is easily accessible as a result of the Outer Circular Highway. The visitor is greeted with a serene, beautiful atmosphere. The Regent is equipped with an industrial kitchen which will act as a backhouse operation and supply both outdoor and indoor catering through The Regent and The Chariot Banqueting and Restaurants (Pvt) Ltd. The membership of The Regent will grant the use of the facilities at The Regent and discounts across The Reefs Edge Hotel, the Grand Ark banquet hall, The Hamilton Deck, every Chariot outlet and the St Lachlan Hotel and Suites. The details of the membership are currently being finalized, and The Regent would be inviting institutions to take up membership in the near future. At present, the membership would be limited to corporations.

While the facilities at The Regent are to be enjoyed by the members, the banquet hall, conference hall and the extensive garden can be utilized by the general public for parties, weddings or workshops.
