HRMI is only Edexcel BTEC centre which conducts the HND in Business ( Human Resource Management or Business Management) in Sinhala – English mixed with a facility for students to follow both English and Mixed medium programmes simultaneously. Students with 2 subjects at ALs ( any stream) and interested in acquiring a globally recognised professional qualification in HR or Business Management will have a host of privileges at HRMI. Students also have the opportunity of qualifying for Dual HNDs in Human Resource Management (HRM) as well as HND in Business Management. On completion of the Edexcel HND, stu- dents could seek academic progression to the final year of BA / BSc degree. Students also have the opportunity of progressing directly to the MBA degree on completion of the HND.
