Scan products sales force rewarded at Scan Star Awards night
At a ceremonious gala event which took place at the Club Palm Bay Hotel in Marawila recently, C. W. Mackie PLC – Scan Product Division’s top sales performers were recognized for the year 2014/ 2015.
During the event, Executive Director , C W Mackie PLC . Mr Mangala Perera, who is in- charge of Internal trading business in the C W Mackie group of companies, emphasized on the fact that not only the winners but also every other employee in the company will no doubt receive recognition for their loyalty and achievements in the years come.
The awards ceremony was held subsequent to a two- day seminar which took place during 08th - 09th May, 2015. The opening resource person for the seminar was a reputed marketing trainer who conducted his program on the topic ‘ In search of sales excellence with sales techniques’. This presentation was followed by a ‘ Motivational Training’ which was conducted by Keerthi Kanaheraarachchi.
‘ Growth with KPIs’ the Annual business plan for Scan Products was revealed on the second day of the proceedings as the theme for the financial year 2015/ 2016. This preface was set in order to enlighten the sales force with the focus to “increase turnover by considering the newly added products and contribute towards growth and productivity”. Presentations and interactive sessions took place with the participation of Area Sales Managers, highlight- ing on strategies related to various sales regions.
