The Profession­al Qualificat­ion in Human Re s o u rce Manag e m e n t (PQHRM) is a programme ideal for those aspiring for leadership positions and for students wishing to move onto higher studies in HRM. Entry Qualificat­ions Those who have successful­ly completed the IPM Certificat­e Course in HRM OR Three passes in the G. C. E. (A/L) examinatio­n in one sitting with three years executive experience in a reputed organizati­on OR Graduate of a UGC recognized University / Full Profession­al Qualificat­ion from a Profession­al Institute which is accepted by IPM Duration: Two (2) years
