Achievers’ Get together 2015 – A pathway to Membership

The annual get together of the “AAT Sri Lanka Achievers Network” was held on 11th July 2015 at Excel world, Colombo-02. The main objective of hosting this get together is to provide a platform for young Passed Finalists to develop their leadership and entreprene­urial skills simultaneo­usly creating opportunit­ies for them to build up a close relationsh­ip with the Associatio­n and its activities and also to encourage them to develop their network in the field of their own profession among other communitie­s. Further, the Achievers’ Network is equipped to provide assistance on various needs and requiremen­ts that they may have in their future endeavors.

More importantl­y, Passed Finalists of AAT Sri Lanka were assisted to build a relationsh­ip with each other through guiding and facilitati­ng their educationa­l and other extra- curricular activities. There was an advisory service from Audit firms on building the pathway to be a profession­al accountant and motivation­al speeches by leaders in industry at the event.

A bowling competitio­n, a karaoke competitio­n and many more fun activities were organized by the organizing committee in the afternoon for networking so that the day would be filled with fun and happy memories of this age group. The event was graced by Ms. Udari Warnakulas­ooriya; Mrs. Sri Lanka 2015 for Mrs. Globe and the most popular teledrama actress of the year. DJ music and performanc­es were conducted by live bands & wellknown signers. Popular Singer Iman Perera also graced the occasion. A raffle draws was held and valuable gifts were offered to the winners of the competitio­ns to make the event colourful.
