For the fourth consecutive year, Melbourne, Australia is listed at the top of the most livable places on this planet. In 2014, The Economist Intelligence Unit’s (EIU) Global Livability Ranking and Report took, data driven ranking based on 30 qualitative and quantitative factors spread across five areas: stability, infrastructure, education, healthcare and environment. Australian cities, Perth, Sydney and Adelaide are amongst the top 10, with Melbourne ranking number one.
