Prime Group Invests in Rs. 15 Billion Ward Place apartment project

Prime Group will invest Rs.15 billion in a new 36 story condominium complex in Ward Place. Built on land over one acre in extent fully owned by Prime Group, Prime Grand will consist of 316 units comprising of duplex penthouses, four bedroom Presidential Suites, two and three bedroom apartments, with the smallest units offering over 1120 Square feet of spacious living. Construction work on Prime Grand commenced on the 6th of December 2016,with a completion date in 2020 and will be the largest and tallest apartment project in the prestigious neighbourhood of Colombo 7 providing panoramic views of the surrounding city

Prime Grand, will be a self- contained lifestyle complex, featuring a 71 metre infinity pool on the 31st floor boasting a pool bar, restaurant and an exclusive entertainment area.
