Teaching and learning must be dynamic, relevant, challenging and practical if colleges and universities are to prepare their graduates to succeed in the high speed, rapidly changing competitive world of the creative industries. Raffles Design Institute take this very seriously in terms of delivering their Design programs, and the local and international lecturers create rich, topical and enjoyable learning environments to ensure active participation by the students. The Two Year Full Time Advanced Diplomas majoring in Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing & Management, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design and Digital Media Design are awarded by Raffles University Systems (RUS) in Singapore, and quality assurance processes ensure that all graduates are challenged to fully reach international standards in their chosen area. Programs are offered on a full time and part time basis.

Raffles Design Institute enables students to complete an internationally recognized Advanced Diplomas majoring in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Digital Media Design or Fashion Marketing in two years depending on existing qualifications and the course may be completed exclusively in Sri Lanka or in combination with one of the Raffles colleges overseas.
