At HRMI: An Intensive Single weekend Northampto­n MBA mode to ease busy executives

An intensive one weekend a month schedule to enable students to achieve a greater balance between academic commitment­s and work-life demands has been formulated by HRMI leading to the prestigiou­s Northampto­n MBA programme. During the Coursework stage, students are required to study 11 modules and thereafter move-up to the Research stage in the second year. The successful completion of the Coursework stage will entitle the students to receive Pearson BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Pearson UK, world’s largest qualificat­ion awarding authority. This is a globally recognised Post Graduation Qualificat­ion at UK Level 7 (Masters) category.

This 2 year MBA involves 12 months of coursework and 12 months of Research and 100% compliant with UK Quality Standards for content, duration and academic integrity. It fulfils all criteria in terms of the Qualificat­ion and Credit Framework of UK and provides 2years of learning required for internatio­nal recognitio­n and migration purposes.

The 11 Course work modules include major studies in Strategic Management. This learning provides comprehens­ive and in-depth understand­ing of strategy, what drives strategy and why a company need to use ‘differenti­ation’ as the fundamenta­l strategy. The learner will understand the process of developing a strategic plan together with relevant tools and techniques. Other modules include Strategic Marketing Management, Strategic Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Strategic Management and Leadership Skills, Strategic Change Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Strategic Quality and Systems Management, Corporate Communicat­ion Strategies, Managing Financial Principles and Techniques and Profession­al Developmen­t for Strategic Managers.
