An intensive one weekend a month schedule to enable students to achieve a greater balance between academic commitments and work-life demands has been formulated by HRMI leading to the prestigious Northampton MBA programme. During the Coursework stage, students are required to study 11 modules and thereafter move-up to the Research stage in the second year. The successful completion of the Coursework stage will entitle the students to receive Pearson BTEC Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from Pearson UK, world’s largest qualification awarding authority.
